Our molds are designed for the need to keep tooling costs at a minimum, while keeping quality at a maximum. Using machines with 40, 85, 150, and 300 ton capabilities, most thermoplastic materials can be molded. On top of that, color matching to customer specifications is a standard process when starting a new project. Lead times for projects vary with complexity; usually two to three weeks, but can be as short as two to three days.
